Our parts department is well, a parts department. Not too fancy here. We carry $80,000 in parts year round. No Christmas trees, no plumbing supplies just lawn and garden parts 51 weeks a year. However, the way you are treated is. You need three things when you come to our parts counter. 1: start with a smile, we do. 2: your model number, its on there, we need it to help you. 3: Your serial number, its also on there and trust me we know you have a yada yada mower but there are hundreds of variations, we need it all. However, here's where we are different. if you CAN'T find these bits of information, we will still try and help you. No parts-nazi, "NO PARTS FOR YOU!!!" business. Our staff has the history and knowledge to sniff out almost any part for brands that we have or are currently selling as well as some that we don't. Now don't get us wrong, we have automated computer parts look-up, online microfiche to help pinpoint the part you need.
